The Frigidaire EFMIS129 is a current mini beverage cooler. A portable retro mini cooler that holds six cans using thermoelectric cooling, made under license by Curtis International — a beverage unit rather than a true wine cellar.
A door seal or hinge that has gone out of true will let the EFMIS129 swing in temperature all day, which is why the seal is checked before the sealed system. The other symptoms are a cooler that is not cooling or not holding temperature, a noisy or failed compressor or fan, and interior lighting that will not work.
