Frigidaire does not build a commercial ice machine
We say this plainly rather than padding the page with models that do not exist: there is no standalone commercial Frigidaire ice machine — no modular cuber, flaker or nugget head, no head-and-bin combo and no NSF foodservice unit. The Frigidaire Commercial brand covers only reach-in refrigeration and freezers, not ice production.
What Frigidaire offers for dedicated ice
For a dedicated ice unit, Frigidaire offers the portable EFIC countertop makers (EFIC108, EFIC117, EFIC235, EFIC452) and the FGIC3600 15-inch undercounter unit — both listed on the ice maker page. The automatic icemaker built into a refrigerator is a different module again, serviced as part of refrigeration work. Identifying which of these you own tells a technician which inlet valve, harvest motor, condenser fan, water filter or pump a repair involves.
Servicing a Frigidaire ice unit
Record the model from the base, the inside of the door or, for an in-fridge module, the host refrigerator before booking. Our experienced, independent technicians service Frigidaire portable and undercounter ice units with genuine OEM parts matched to the build, and because these units carry no error codes, note the symptom and your model number when you book ice machine repair or ice maker repair — repairs start from $89, or from $129 depending on the part, with the final cost depending on parts. Our labor is guaranteed.
